For Organisations
I work one-to-one with professionals in law, healthcare, finance and technology to close the specific communication gaps costing them clarity, credibility, and time — the ones that show up in the room, not on a worksheet.
The Problem
A senior clinician doesn't need "presentation skills." They need to be understood clearly in a summative interview. A solicitor doesn't need "negotiation vocabulary." They need their emails to carry authority without sounding stiff. Off-the-shelf business English courses teach the general case. I start with the actual situation — then work backward to the language that solves it.
The Method
Session 1
We identify the real communication situations costing you clarity or credibility — a specific meeting type, a document, a recurring conversation.
Ongoing
Every gap identified runs through a six-part analysis — the phrasing, structure and register that actually solves it, not a generic unit from a textbook.
Weekly
Focused one-to-one sessions, adult-to-adult, working directly with your material — real emails, real briefs, real transcripts where useful.
Between sessions
A living Pathways document keeps the work moving between sessions, so progress doesn't reset every seven days.
The Analysis
This is what "Design" actually means in practice — not a vocabulary list, a full integration process. Nothing is considered learned until it's passed through all six — and been practised, repeatedly, in mock scenarios drawn directly from your industry.
Pathways
Every client gets a private, ongoing working document — not homework, a live workspace. Between sessions, it holds the language you're building, the situations we're targeting, and a running record either of us can add to. It's how the coaching stays continuous instead of resetting to zero every week, and how progress compounds instead of leaking away between sessions.

Where I've Worked
Long-term clients across the following sectors, each with different communication pressures — and each requiring different language work as a result.
NHS
Clear, confident communication for interviews, panels and cross-team leadership conversations.
Legal
Precision and authority in client-facing writing and verbal advice, without losing natural register.
Police
Clarity under pressure — structured, unambiguous communication for high-stakes, time-critical situations.
Marketing & HR
Confident, persuasive communication for campaigns, performance conversations and stakeholder management.
IT & Cybersecurity
Translating deep technical detail into language a non-specialist audience can actually follow.
Finance
Precision and confidence in client conversations, reporting, and high-stakes internal communication.
Investment
Every Pathway runs on 8–10 sessions, built around the real situations you're actually facing — not a fixed curriculum. What changes between tiers isn't lesson count — it's how closely connected we stay between them: feedback when you need it, fresh preparation for whatever's coming up next, and check-ins where problems get addressed quickly, not left until next week.
