How We Start

For exam students, the starting point is usually the GCSE texts and past papers you're already working with — but the specific text matters less than what it reveals. We use it to diagnose the real skill gaps behind your grades (the Assessment Objectives — AO1, AO2, and so on), then use your own curriculum material as the tool to close them.

GCSE / A-Level

Exam technique & subject knowledge

Structured, analytical writing; Poetry and Prose; Shakespeare and modern texts; non-fiction and language papers — the specific text is just the vehicle. We diagnose the Assessment Objective gaps behind your grades, then use your own curriculum material to close them. Live feedback that addresses misconceptions as they happen.

Dyslexia / Reading Support

Bespoke, skills-focused intervention

For students and adults. Explicit instruction in sound-spelling patterns, built inside meaningful texts rather than isolated drills — age-appropriate material at every stage.

Adult Fluency & ESL

Confident, natural spoken English

Accent coaching, intonation, and real conversational fluency — for social confidence, IELTS, or everyday life in English.

The Method

Every word or expression goes through six stages before it's yours.

This is what real fluency actually means in practice — not a vocabulary list, a full integration process. Nothing is considered learned until it's passed through all six — and been practised, repeatedly, in contexts that actually matter to you.

01 · SAY IT 02 · SEE IT 03 · MAP IT 04 · DEFINE IT 05 · FEEL IT 06 · USE IT
  1. 01
SAY ITPronunciation first. How it actually sounds in the mouth, before anything else.
  2. 02
SEE ITThe written form. Spelling and structure, seen clearly on the page.
  3. 03
MAP ITThe correlation between sound and spelling, where English stops being predictable.
  4. 04
DEFINE ITA precise, logical understanding of what it actually means.
  5. 05
FEEL ITThe tone and effect it carries in real use — formal, blunt, warm, evasive, confident.
  6. 06
USE ITApplied across real contexts until it's genuinely owned, not just recognised.
